REFUNDS AND RETURNS

1. Refunds

We have been selling our products for many years and we expect that you will be pleased with the products you purchase from us.  However we recognise there may be times when you will feel that you need to make a return.  The processes below are as simple as we can make them, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Unwanted products

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from us.   If for any reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, or if you simply change your mind, please take no more than 30 days to return it to us.  You should:

  • include the invoice/despatch note that came with the products;

  • ensure the goods are in unused and unopened condition;

  • not remove the original packaging;

  • take reasonable care of the goods.


In this case we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier if possible, once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

You will be responsible for the return postage of the products.

3. The food and perishable products sold by Sweets Galore which are excluded from this returns policy.  These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.


4. Faulty products

We take every reasonable care to pack and dispatch your products so that they reach you in the condition you expect.  However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or is indeed not what you ordered, we will, as appropriate replace it free of charge or give you a full refund.


Contact us within 30 days so that we  can give you instructions about how to return the product to us.

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage, as appropriate.  If we advise you to return goods to us, please do so to the address below.  This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

5. Returning Unwanted or Faulty products

We will always advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery).
